About This Role
Aerlink Australia is seeking motivated individuals to join its casual Cabin Crew team based in Brisbane. The role supports private charter and FIFO operations, including flights to remote and outback regions, resource-industry travel, tour groups, and sporting teams. Applicants must meet age, English-language, safety, customer-service, swimming, work-authorization, security, medical, and roster-flexibility requirements; full training is provided.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Cabin Crew team supports unique private-charter flying operations from Brisbane, including travel to remote and outback regions supporting resource industries, transporting tour groups to the outback, and transporting sporting teams.
- The role operates across a variable 24/7 roster throughout the year and requires a strong safety-focused approach, customer-facing service capability, compliance with operational and security requirements, and completion of the company’s training and Operations Manual requirements.
- The positions are casual new-hire Cabin Crew roles, with full training provided.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to work in Australia, and clearly understand and speak English.
- Required qualifications and capabilities include current Senior First Aid including CPR issued by a recognised Australian provider, a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate of Attainment, relevant face-to-face customer-service experience, and the ability to swim 50 metres unaided.
- Candidates must be flexible to work a variable roster across a 24/7 roster throughout the year, be able to hold an ASIC involving a police security check and pre-employment medical, and have a passport valid for six months with unrestricted access to overseas ports or an approved working visa.
- Applicants must also have a computer capable of viewing the company’s Operations Manual Suite in PDF format.
- A “Safety First” approach is required.
- Previous Private Charter and FIFO Operations experience is prioritised.
