About This Role
Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Cabin Attendant for a Business Aviation operation in Singapore, providing highly personalised, discreet service to VVIP passengers. The role combines passenger and cabin safety with premium hospitality, aircraft preparation, catering, cabin presentation, equipment checks, inventory management, and coordination with the flight crew. The successful candidate must have extensive international airline and Commercial Business Class experience and be prepared to work flexibly in a demanding aviation environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of passengers, cabin load, and galley operations in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and under the overall authority and responsibility of the Commander.
- Act as the primary link between passengers and the flight crew, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the flight.
- Deliver highly personalised and discreet service, anticipate passenger preferences and requirements, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
- Create a warm, refined, and comfortable cabin environment appropriate to a premium Business Aviation operation.
- Participate in the Commander's cabin crew briefing and ensure that all flight-specific information, procedures, and requirements are understood and followed.
- Conduct thorough checks of safety, cabin, catering, and other relevant equipment and promptly report deficiencies to the Commander.
- Carry out all prescribed safety and passenger-service duties in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and applicable operating procedures.
- Prepare the cabin before each flight to ensure impeccable cleanliness, presentation, comfort, and readiness.
- Manage catering arrangements and ensure that the cabin is appropriately stocked and prepared according to individual passenger preferences and requirements.
- Maintain and monitor onboard supplies, amenities, equipment, and inventory to ensure consistent service readiness.
- Conduct post-flight cabin checks and prepare the aircraft for the next flight.
- Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality regarding VVIP passengers and their personal or travel-related information.
- Comply with the Flight Operations Manual, Air Navigation Order, company policies, and applicable aviation regulations, while representing the company with professionalism, warmth, discretion, and impeccable service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum five consecutive years of experience with an international airline and extensive Commercial Business Class experience are essential. The posting also requires demonstrated experience serving high-net-worth individuals, VVIPs, or discerning clientele

- impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette
- and the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and irregular flight patterns. Experience in Business Aviation, Corporate Aviation, First Class, or Private Jet operations is highly advantageous, while Private Jet or VVIP cabin experience is an additional advantage. Desired characteristics include exceptional service orientation, warmth, discretion, polished communication, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, proactive anticipation of passenger needs, calm adaptability, initiative, self-direction, accountability, resourcefulness, and a strong understanding of confidentiality and VVIP service etiquette. The employee must also be able to work in heavy maintenance and upscale customer environments, tolerate noise and vibration, work around occasional fuel fumes, and work in all weather conditions and seasonal temperature extremes.
