About This Role
Executive Jet Management is seeking an experienced Cabin Attendant for a Gulfstream G550 based in Las Vegas, Nevada, supporting an established private-jet account operating under EJM's P135 certificate. The role combines responsibility for passenger safety and security with highly personalized inflight service, luxury hospitality, catering, cabin readiness, and close coordination with the flight crew and Owner Services teams. The aircraft flies approximately 600 hours per year, and the position is not commutable, requiring applicants to live in or relocate to the Las Vegas area and remain available for multi-day trips. The posted base salary range is $80,000-$170,000, with medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, disability and loss-of-license coverage, paid parental leave, paid time off, and additional benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Cabin Attendant is responsible for the safety and security of all passengers in the aircraft cabin and must follow the Ground Operations and Maintenance Manual, Service Procedures Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, and associated policies. Duties include conducting thorough interior preflight inspections
- warmly and professionally welcoming Owners, customers, and guests
- delivering personalized briefings
- and serving as the subject matter expert on aircraft safety, comfort, and entertainment systems. The attendant must source high-quality catering from external providers when necessary, ensure that catering meets luxury standards and passenger preferences, and deliver elevated inflight service including premium food and beverage presentation, turndown service, client profiles, and detailed service notes. The role includes ensuring that cabin baggage is safely and correctly stowed, serving passengers traveling with pets or permitting smoking onboard with discretion and service excellence, and maintaining a collaborative relationship with Owner Services, the flight crew, and other internal teams. The attendant must proactively report cabin maintenance concerns and irregularities to the Pilot in Command and Mechanic when applicable, complete inventory documentation, service passdowns, and required crew reports accurately, maintain and rotate standard stock items, and keep the cabin clean and organized according to company standards. Additional responsibilities include using innovative thinking to resolve complex issues, making prompt decisions in dynamic operating environments, and completing other duties assigned according to trip or operational requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and must have previous P91 or P135 corporate cabin attendant experience. The position requires outstanding written and oral communication, professional and polished service-oriented presentation, strong judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, personal-computing proficiency including Microsoft Office, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be available for flexible scheduling that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Applicants must be eligible to obtain airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials, pass TSA background screenings, obtain required airport and U.S. Customs clearances, hold a valid passport, travel internationally without restriction, and hold a valid state-issued driver's license. Fluent reading, writing, and speaking of English is required. The role also requires the ability to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly

- and successful completion of the EJM Cabin Attendant training program, including the ability to open an emergency door and pass knowledge-based tests. This is not a commutable position, so applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Las Vegas area.
