About This Role
Jet Aviation is hiring a Cabin Attendant based in Gypsum, Colorado to fly its Global 8000 in private aviation. The role delivers high-end, discreet in-flight service to high-profile passengers, taking ownership of every detail from pre-flight preparation and cabin presentation to catering and post-flight follow-through, while upholding safety and confidentiality. It also carries supervisory and ambassadorial duties, mentoring contract or part-time crew and representing the company to industry and regulatory bodies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to ensure smooth operations, conduct pre-flight cabin checks, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with crews to keep the aircraft pristine. Ensure passenger safety and comfort by assisting with cabin systems, luggage and seating arrangements (including for children and passengers with disabilities) and operating safety equipment
- on Part 91 flights, ensure passenger compliance with federal regulations, deliver safety briefings as advised by the PIC, and assist or command the cabin in the event of an aircraft or medical emergency. Maintain a clean, organized and luxurious cabin, manage bedding and supplies, source vendors, and prepare and serve meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences. Handle administrative duties such as updating client profiles, completing post-trip reports, managing expense accounts, and maintaining aircraft-specific manuals while staying current with required training. Lead and mentor contract or part-time crew members and represent Jet Aviation as a trusted ambassador to industry groups and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Flight Safety International or equivalent corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
- MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or a CPR/AED equivalent
- four years in a similar role, including at least two years of culinary and/or high-end hospitality experience
- high school diploma
- ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles, including extended trips, holidays and weekends
- willingness to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions
- a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- and a minimum age of 21. Physically, the role requires regular use of hands, standing, walking, sitting, with occasional climbing, kneeling or crouching, frequent lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds including overhead lifting, and sharp vision across various ranges and depths.
