About This Role
Air New England is seeking a full-time Captain to operate a Citation Mustang C510 in Part 135 charter operations throughout the Northeast and beyond. The role is based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and requires a professional pilot who can serve as PIC, meet the applicable Part 135 requirements, operate safely in the company's operating environment, and provide a high standard of service to passengers and clients. The position also involves coordination with maintenance and scheduling teams, accurate operational reporting, and professional representation of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as PIC in a Citation Mustang during charter operations and conduct thorough pre-flight planning and aircraft inspections.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures, operate safely and efficiently in the stated operating environment, and deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and clients.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and submit required reports on time.
- Coordinate with maintenance and scheduling personnel to confirm flight readiness and support operational efficiency, while representing Air New England professionally at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum requirements include 2,000 hours of total flight time and at least 350 hours of multi-engine time.
- Applicants must hold an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Airplane Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Rating, meet the 135.243(c) PIC minimums, and have completed a 135.293/297 check or a 61.56/instrument proficiency check within the previous six months.
- A current First-Class Medical Certificate and a current U.S.
- Passport with unrestricted travel are required.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge of IFR operations in the Northeast and New England weather, excellent communication, decision-making, and CRM skills, flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed, and the ability to live within one hour's driving distance of KPSM airport.
- Preferred qualifications repeat the 2,000-hour total-time standard, list 500 hours of multi-engine time as a strict preferred target, and value larger amounts of multi-engine turbine time, prior Part 135 PIC experience, and Citation time in type.
