About This Role
CAE is seeking an experienced C130J Pilot Subject Matter Expert to join their Training Centre Operations team in Trenton, Canada. This is a specialized role supporting the Royal Canadian Air Force's training programs, where the successful candidate will update courseware, validate simulator configurations, and provide technical expertise on the C130J aircraft. The position requires a minimum of 600 hours as a C130J Aircraft Commander with strong technical and communication skills. Requirements
- Previously trained CC130J Pilot
- Minimum 600 hours flying experience as Aircraft Commander in CC130J/E/H aircraft
- Proof of hours in CF1281 Logbook
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with quality standards, training plans, and training media
- Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Controlled Goods Clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearance
