About This Role
Breeze Airways is hiring Part-Time Flight Attendants for their Bradley International Airport (BDL) crew base in Hartford, Connecticut. This is an entry-level position requiring no prior cabin crew experience, offering a minimum monthly guarantee of 37.5 flying hours. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, fluent in English, and able to live within two hours of BDL. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $37.50 depending on experience, paid training, travel benefits, and 401K matching, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking flexible part-time aviation employment.

Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins without assistance
  • Adequate head clearance in cabin
  • Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 Flight Attendant jumpseat with seatbelt harness and lap belt
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
  • Ability to pass vision and hearing test
  • Successfully complete security screening training
  • Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
  • Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check
  • Pass Breeze background check
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Legal right to travel without restriction to/from the United States
  • Current passport with minimum six (6) months validity
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Willing to relocate based on operational needs if applicable
  • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Able to report for assigned trips at BDL crew base
  • Able to work Reserve Assignment at assigned base
  • Positive attitude and strong desire for success
  • Able to perform duties including standing for extended periods
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to close overhead compartments with maximum push/pull force of 50 pounds
  • Able to assist disabled passengers with inflight wheelchair
  • Able to push/pull beverage and food carts with maximum force of 60 pounds
  • Comply with CDC hygiene standards
  • Must live within two-hour driving distance from Bradley International Airport
  • Able to adhere to FAA and DOT travel regulations
  • Current passport required at time of application
