About This Role
Air Europa is recruiting Boeing 737 First Officers (copilots) based in Madrid, on a permanent (open-ended) contract from day one, with pay set in line with the airline's current collective labour agreement. The posting lays out a fixed selection timeline: Phase 1 is in-person testing in Madrid on Friday 6 November 2026 — a general ATPL(A) aeronautical-knowledge test together with personality and skills assessments, all delivered digitally, so candidates must bring a fully charged, fully operational laptop or tablet; Phase 2, only for those who pass Phase 1, is an in-person interview and simulator evaluation in Madrid between Monday 9 and Wednesday 11 November 2026. Selected pilots are incorporated progressively from December 2026, and applications close on 15 October 2026. Air Europa also emphasises its commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and equal opportunity throughout the candidate experience.
