Transavia is hiring Cabin Attendants for a fixed base at Amsterdam (AMS), Eindhoven (EIN), or Rotterdam (RTM), where they work with the crew to provide passengers with a safe, comfortable and welcoming journey. The role combines continuous flight-safety monitoring, hospitality, proactive cabin presence, onboard problem-solving, cultural adaptability and commercial sales of food, beverages and retail products. Rosters vary, average four to five flights per week to destinations in Europe and North Africa, and may include 3 a.m. starts, late-night returns and winter night stops; before starting full time, candidates complete a 22-day full-time Transavia training course and obtain the required certificates. The package is a direct seasonal contract with a gross monthly salary of €2,678.54, a €92.32 monthly route-cost allowance, 8% holiday pay, a 5.15% year-end payment paid in December, €0.21 per kilometre travel reimbursement capped at 70 km per day, an 8% sales bonus, a daily allowance and paid hotel accommodation for night stops, plus a pro-rated €700 annual vitality and development budget for activities such as sport or personal growth, the possibility of part-time flying after six months, a pension arrangement from age 21, hotel, flight and car-rental discounts, and IPB travel at attractive rates after three months when seats are available.
