About This Role
BE-99 Captain (cargo) role at Ameriflight, LLC, the nation's largest Part 135 cargo airline, outstation-based in Presque Isle, ME (PQI). The route operates to Manchester, NH (MHT) Monday-Friday evenings, laying over in MHT with hotel provided and returning the following morning; schedule averages 65 hours block per month. Base salary is $76,503 annually.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Captain in Beechcraft Be99.
- Flights typically operate 5-days per week departing in the morning and returning in the evening, with lodging provided at the outstation.
- Schedules may vary depending on base and flight.
- Outstation based in Presque Isle, ME (PQI), operating to MHT Mon-Fri evening, laying over and returning the following morning.
- Hotel provided in MHT.
- Averages 65 hours block per month.

Requirements
- Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions.
- 1,200 TT, 500 PIC, 500 hours XC (defined at point to point), 50 multi, 75 hours instrument (50 must be in aircraft), 100 hours night.
- Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within past 6 months.
- Commercial Pilot License multi-engine land with instrument rating, high performance and complex endorsements.
- First Class or Second Class Medical (First Class required for international operations).
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Current Passport.
- English Proficient.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.
- May drive company provided vehicles - must have a valid Driver's License and meet all company insurance criteria.
