About This Role
Captain (PIC) on the Beechcraft 99 for Ameriflight LLC, a Part 135 cargo airline. Initial Floater assignment supporting operations across the base network for up to 90 days after training, then a permanent base. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States. Flights typically operate 5 days per week, morning departure and evening return, lodging provided at the outstation. Base salary is $76,503 annually.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Captain in Beechcraft Be99.
- This position will initially be assigned as a Floater, supporting operations across our base network for up to 90 days following completion of training.
- A permanent base assignment will be provided on or before the completion of your first 90 days flying the line.
- Candidates must be willing and able to relocate anywhere within the United States.
- Flights typically operate 5-days per week departing in the morning and returning in the evening, with lodging provided at the outstation.
- Schedules may vary depending on base and flight.
Requirements
- Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions.
- 1,200 TT, 500 PIC, 500 hours XC (defined at point to point), 50 multi, 75 hours instrument (50 must be in aircraft), 100 hours night.
- Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent within past 6 months.
- Commercial Pilot License multi-engine land with instrument rating, high performance and complex endorsements.
- First Class or Second Class Medical (First Class required for international operations).
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Current Passport.
- English Proficient.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License and meet all company insurance criteria.
