About This Role
VietJet Qazaqstan is recruiting a B737 Line Captain to operate B737 aircraft in scheduled passenger service in Kazakhstan. The Captain will serve as pilot-in-command, uphold high standards of flight safety, compliance, and professionalism, lead and mentor a two-person cockpit crew, and support a strong culture of cooperation and trust. The role also involves participating in training, checks, and upgrade programmes and coordinating with operations, dispatch, and cabin crew to provide punctual, efficient service and exceptional passenger experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate B737 aircraft in scheduled passenger service as Captain and pilot-in-command.
- Ensure the highest standards of flight safety, compliance, and professionalism.
- Lead and mentor the two-person cockpit crew while fostering cooperation and trust.
- Participate actively in training, checks, and upgrade programmes, and collaborate with operations, dispatch, and cabin crew to deliver punctual and efficient service.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid ATPL with a current B737 type rating, have a minimum of 3,000 flight hours, and possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher is required.
