About This Role
Ryanair is recruiting a non-flying ATO Theoretical Knowledge Instructor for its East Midlands Training Centre. The instructor will join the team responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and ground-school training to pilots on initial training courses. Previous B737 flying or engineering experience and experience designing course frameworks are highly regarded.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training sessions for pilots undertaking initial training courses. Prepare coursework, presentations and e-learning materials
- administer the Technical and Ground School query system
- supervise and correct examinations
- and undertake additional duties as required.

Requirements
- Applicants must have unrestricted permission to live and work in the United Kingdom, including Pre-Settled Status, and previous aviation instructional experience.
- B737 experience and completion of ATPL theoretical examinations are advantageous rather than mandatory.
- Candidates need strong analytical ability, organisational and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a pressured, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar PC applications is also required.
