About This Role
Skynex Aero is looking for Assistant Flight Instructors to join flight training at its bases in Jalgaon, Mehsana and Akola, with base allocation depending on operational needs. You will fly with student pilots in their initial phases, run simulator sessions and keep training records under the guidance of senior instructors. You need a DGCA CPL or ATPL with an Assistant Flight Instructor Rating, a Class 1 medical, FRTOL and RTR, and the flying hours DGCA requires for the AFIR.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct flight instruction, pre flight briefings and post flight debriefings for CPL students per the approved syllabus.
- Run simulator sessions, track student performance, keep training records and logbooks, and follow DGCA regulations, company SOPs and SMS.
Requirements
- Required: Valid DGCA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or ATPL
- Required: Valid Assistant Flight Instructor Rating (AFIR) endorsed by DGCA
- Required: Valid Class 1 Medical Assessment
- Required: Valid FRTOL and COP/RTR
- Required: Flying hours as required by DGCA for the AFIR
