About This Role
Vietjet Air is recruiting 20 experienced cabin crew members through an online interview process for November 2026. The recruitment process consists of document screening, an online interview, and a grooming and BMI check, with the working location listed as flexible and salary described as competitive. Applicants must meet the stated gender-specific age, height, BMI, English, flight-hour, medical, qualification, and grooming requirements, and selected candidates must complete AOC training under training-bond and training-fee agreements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The posting describes recruitment and onboarding activities rather than onboard service duties. Candidates must complete document screening, an online interview, and a grooming and BMI check. The online interview requires formal attire. For the grooming and BMI check, female candidates must wear a black knee-length skirt, a white short-sleeve shirt, black shoes, and full makeup
- male candidates must wear trousers, a white short-sleeve shirt, and black shoes. Applicants submit documents online and bring original documents for verification at the recruitment session. Candidates selected after the interview rounds must complete AOC training and enter into training-bond and training-fee agreements.
Requirements
- The opportunity is open to all nationalities. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma. The age limits are 31 years for female applicants and 35 years for male applicants. Candidates must have at least 300 total flight hours. Female applicants must be at least 160 cm tall barefoot and have a BMI between 18.5 and 22
- male applicants must be at least 170 cm tall barefoot and have a BMI between 20 and 24. Applicants must provide a valid English certificate: TOEIC 500 or higher, or an equivalent qualification such as IELTS 4.0, TOEFL iBT 52, or a university degree majoring in English, with the certificate provided within six months. Medical and qualification certificates must remain valid for at least two months at the time of recruitment, and applicants must be medically fit for cabin crew requirements. Excellent English communication and presentation skills are required. No tattoos or scars may be visible while wearing the Vietjet cabin crew uniform, and makeup or plaster may not be used to cover them. After passing all interview rounds and being selected by Vietjet, candidates must complete AOC training and sign training-bond and training-fee agreements. The document checklist includes a valid identity card or passport, education credentials, English certification, an airline employee ID card, a valid CAAV or other civil aviation authority licence, medical and qualification certificates, total flight-hour records, and the most recent flight record.
