About This Role
Honeywell Flight Operations is hiring a safety-focused Pilot-in-Command to lead corporate flight operations from its Charlotte, North Carolina base. The Captain serves as the final authority for aircraft operations, exercising sound judgment, leadership, professionalism, and operational control while ensuring safe, legal, and efficient missions and delivering exceptional passenger service. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Chief Pilot in a dynamic global business aviation environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead flight operations as Pilot-in-Command and maintain operational control and oversight of assigned missions. Foster safety, professionalism, teamwork, regulatory compliance, and participation in the Flight Department Safety Management System. Exercise independent judgment
- verify aircraft airworthiness, registration, documentation, weather, NOTAMs, restrictions, fuel, oxygen, mission requirements, weight and balance, databases, Electronic Flight Bags, crew credentials, travel documents, airport procedures, and required inspections. Ensure crew fitness, verify passenger manifests, conduct or oversee safety briefings, provide exceptional customer service, and represent the Flight Department during customer interactions. Operate aircraft under applicable regulations, company policies, procedures, limitations, and checklists

- monitor systems, weather, and fuel
- coordinate with Air Traffic Control and operational support
- and comply with domestic and international customs, immigration, agricultural, and cabotage requirements. Complete post-flight inspections, reports, records, and administrative documentation
- record flight times and aircraft or maintenance discrepancies
- communicate operational changes
- report accidents, incidents, regulatory issues, hazards, and safety concerns
- preserve flight recorder and cockpit voice recorder information after accidents or incidents
- support investigations and compliance activities
- and perform other duties assigned by the Chief Pilot.

Requirements
- Applicants must meet all applicable certificate, medical, qualification, training, and flight-time requirements and hold the qualifications necessary to operate the assigned aircraft and missions.
