Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking an H-60M Maintenance Test/Project Pilot who will also serve as a fixed-wing, multi-engine Project Pilot. The role supports Army aviation research, development, test, and evaluation missions, including system integration, experimentation, operational testing, project flight tests, maintenance test flights, and developmental or operational evaluation missions. The position is based in Fort Belvior, Virginia, includes approximately 30% temporary-duty travel, rotating shifts, and unscheduled overtime, and offers an annual salary range of $142752 to $185580.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the H-60M Maintenance Test and Project Pilot on H-60 L/M aircraft and as a fixed-wing, multi-engine Project Pilot. Conduct developmental, operational, and project evaluation flight missions, including project flight tests and maintenance test flights, while operating rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft in support of Army aviation system integration, experimentation, and operational testing. Perform mission planning involving weather analysis, flight routing, and airspace coordination
- support aviation test planning and execution with engineers and test personnel
- and prepare flight reports, evaluations, and technical documentation. Perform additional assigned aviation duties, including Operations Officer or Safety Officer responsibilities designated by the Lead Pilot. The posting lists no supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Required qualifications include an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or higher with appropriate multi-engine, instrument, and helicopter ratings
- H-60M Maintenance Test Pilot qualification
- U.S. Department of War fixed-wing multi-engine qualification
- and the ability to complete physiological training in a hypobaric chamber. Candidates must hold a current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate, maintain required medical certification and flight currency, and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

The role is subject to random drug testing, approximately 30% TDY travel, rotating shift work, and unscheduled overtime. Under the posting's Desired Flight Hour Experience section, previous flight-test or RDT&E experience is highly desired, along with 1,500 hours of rotary-wing total time, 250 hours of rotary-wing PIC time, 75 hours of night flight/NVG, 75 hours of instrument flight including at least 10 hours of actual IMC, 100 hours of flight experience within the last 12 months, and the corresponding fixed-wing PIC, night, instrument, and recent-flight experience listed for heavy multi-engine airplanes.
