About This Role
Yulista Support Services LLC is seeking a dual-role H-60M Maintenance Test/Project Pilot and fixed-wing multi-engine Project Pilot. The position conducts project flight tests, maintenance test flights, developmental and operational evaluation missions, and other aviation duties supporting Army research, development, test, and evaluation activities. The pilot operates both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft for Army aviation system integration, experimentation, and operational testing. The stated annual salary range is $142,752 to $185,580.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as an H-60M Maintenance Test and Project Pilot on H-60 L/M aircraft and as a fixed-wing multi-engine Project Pilot.
- Conduct developmental, operational, and project evaluation flight missions.
- Perform mission planning that includes weather analysis, flight routing, and airspace coordination.
- Support aviation test planning and execution in coordination with engineers and test personnel.
- Prepare flight reports, evaluations, and technical documentation, and perform other assigned aviation-related duties.
- The Lead Pilot may assign additional responsibilities such as Operations Officer or Safety Officer duties.

Requirements
- The desired flight-hour profile includes 1,500 hours of total rotary-wing time, 250 hours of rotary-wing Pilot-in-Command time, 75 hours of night/NVG flight, 75 hours of instrument flight including at least 10 hours of actual IMC, and 100 hours of flight experience within the previous 12 months. For fixed-wing operations, the posting lists 250 hours of Pilot-in-Command time, 75 hours of night flight, 75 hours of instrument flight including at least 10 hours of actual IMC, and 100 hours of recent flight experience within the previous 12 months. The position involves heavy multi-engine helicopters and airplanes exceeding 12,500 pounds gross takeoff weight. Applicants must hold an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate or higher with multi-engine, instrument, and helicopter ratings
- be qualified as an H-60M Maintenance Test Pilot
- be U.S. Department of War fixed-wing multi-engine qualified
- and be able to complete physiological training in a hypobaric chamber. A current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate is required, along with continued medical certification and flight currency. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, are subject to random drug testing, and must be prepared for approximately 30% temporary-duty travel, rotating shifts, and unscheduled overtime. Required application materials include a resume detailing flight experience and qualifications, pilot certificates and ratings, medical certification documentation, flight-hour documentation or logbooks, and official military orders, DA Form 759 records, or logbooks when military flight experience is used to establish eligibility. Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
