About This Role
Air Botswana is seeking an experienced E170/E175 Type Rating Instructor/Type Rating Examiner to join its training team in Gaborone. This is a full-time, open-ended contract focused exclusively on pilot training, line checking, simulator instruction, regulatory compliance, and training-standards oversight, with no rostered flying duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The instructor will deliver E170/E175 line checking duties to airline pilots, conduct training in accordance with Air Botswana and applicable regulatory standards, and maintain currency and compliance as a TRI/TRE.
- Responsibilities also include simulator instruction and supporting continuous improvement of training programmes and safety standards.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a current E170/E175 TRI/TRE qualification and have a strong instructional background with proven training delivery.
