About This Role
Air Arabia Cabin Crew serve as ambassadors for the airline, delivering a positive passenger experience while maintaining safety, comfort, security, and service standards throughout the complete flight cycle. The role includes passenger assistance, safety and emergency responsibilities, cabin preparation and reporting, onboard sales and charity-service support, and accurate handling of related payments. Cabin crew must be fit to fly, adaptable to shift work and extended hours, fluent in English, and able to maintain professional performance in busy or difficult situations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acts as the airline's ambassador by promoting customer loyalty and a positive corporate image while enhancing the overall passenger experience. Provides excellent customer service and ensures passenger safety and comfort throughout the complete flight cycle, while remaining fit and ready to operate and meeting productivity measures and company policies. Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and personal legality for assigned flights, and attends briefings covering flight details, role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding. Instructs passengers on safety procedures, identifies safety and security risks, works with the Cabin Supervisor on remedial action under the SOPs, administers first aid when necessary, and promptly reports irregularities and malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain. Welcomes passengers, assists with boarding formalities, and enters required information into the aircraft logbook in accordance with airline and Civil Aviation Authority procedures. Handles cash and credit-card payments securely for sales and donations. Performs pre-flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment

- confirms adequate re-catering and duty-free products
- and coordinates orderly handover and takeover of the cabin with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Completes post-flight briefings and assessment reports, objectively evaluates the Cabin Supervisor, reports flight problems or discrepancies, and closes and seals duty-free containers. Accounts to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and performs Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. Maintains professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency-procedure training, and educational workshops, keeps the current license valid, and contributes to team results, sales targets, and allocated objectives.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role, while a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus. Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value. Candidates must be fit to fly, have good general health, and have no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases. The role requires a presentable and friendly manner, a cheerful and positive attitude under stress, strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to understand and respond to passenger needs. Candidates should be capable of handling difficult situations and angry customers without compromising the corporate image, identifying irregularities, and responding to threats and emergencies with efficiency and commitment. Previous cabin-crew or customer-service experience in the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is an added value, and an active cabin crew license is an advantage. Candidates must be capable of working shifts and extended hours, adapting to frequent changes and busy schedules, and delivering successfully against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
