About This Role
Resource Group is recruiting A321 First Officers on behalf of a well-established operator client based in Germany. The role is a permanent, long-term contract offering a stable operational environment, based in Leipzig and working a fixed 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off roster. The operational commencement (OCC) date is to be confirmed.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate as First Officer on the A320 Family (A321) for the client's German-based operation, flying a fixed 3-weeks-on / 1-week-off roster from the Leipzig base on a long-term contract.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid EASA ATPL licence and a current, valid A320 type rating, with ICAO Level 4 English or higher.
- A minimum of 450 hours on the A320 Family is required.
- Candidates must have the right to live and work in Germany.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
