About This Role
BeOnd is recruiting A320 First Officers for its premium leisure airline operation, with opportunities based in Malé, Maldives, or through commuting contracts without a permanent base. The role supports safe, disciplined and efficient flight operations while contributing to guest satisfaction and a strong cockpit culture. BeOnd highlights internal development and progression, including a recently completed first internal Command upgrade as the fleet and network continue to expand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently, while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance throughout every phase of flight.
- Support route planning by considering weather conditions, fuel requirements and air traffic control constraints.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, BeOnd flight operations manuals, checklists and operating procedures.
- Complete pre-flight checks and briefings, and ensure that all required documentation is complete and current.
- Assist in preparing detailed flight plans that account for aircraft performance and weather.
- Maintain clear communication with the Captain and ground personnel to support safe and efficient flight operations.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid EASA, ICAO or FAA ATPL, or a CPL/IR with ATPL credits. A current A320-family type rating is required, with the applicant's last flight on the type within the previous three months. Candidates must hold a Class 1 Medical Certificate and ICAO English Level 4
- ICAO English Level 5 is preferred. The stated flight-time requirement is 500 hours of total flight time on A320-family aircraft.
