About This Role
KM Malta Airlines (KMMA), the national airline of the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit Direct Entry Captains on a definite or Indefinite contract to be based in Malta. JobsPlus Permit 913/2023. Section: Pilots. Department: Flight Operations. Shortlisted candidates undergo a selection process that includes an interview, a psychometric assessment, and a simulator evaluation. KMMA operates a young, single-type fleet of 8 Airbus A320NEOs from Malta to 20 passenger and cargo hubs in 18 key European cities.

Requirements
- Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Valid EASA Part-FCL License
- Class 1 medical certificate
- Current A320 type-rating
- Last flight on type within the last twelve months
- A minimum of Level 5 English language proficiency or higher
- Minimum total flying of 5000 hours on A320
- Minimum flying of 1000 hours as PIC on A320
