About This Role
Beond, described as the world's first premium leisure airline, is recruiting experienced A320 Captains to support its growing operation. The role carries leadership responsibility for safety, professionalism, command standards, refined customer service and luxury travel delivery. Positions are available in Malé, Maldives, with a commuter contract and no permanent base.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Captain will plan and execute flights with responsibility for the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew. Duties include overseeing take-off, landing and in-flight procedures
- collaborating with the First Officer to maintain effective cockpit communication and teamwork
- keeping meticulous flight-activity records
- ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- completing ongoing training to remain current with industry best practices, policies and procedures
- responding quickly and calmly to emergencies in accordance with established protocols
- and representing Beond positively while upholding its high standards for customer service and luxury travel.

Requirements
- Applicants must hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and have at least 5,000 hours of total flight time, including 1,500 command hours and 500 hours on the A320.
- The role requires excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Candidates must be able to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, have experience working in multicultural environments, and be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
