AeroScout offers premium subscription plans that provide enhanced features including:

3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided:
- This is your first subscription with AeroScout
- You have not previously received a refund from us
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with AeroScout Pro within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked.
3.2 Pro-Rated Refunds
After the initial 7-day period, refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Failure to use the service
- Duplicate purchases (contact us to resolve)
However, we may consider pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Subscriptions purchased more than 30 days ago
- Requests made after a subscription has been renewed
