About This Role
Perimeter Aviation, a Canadian regional airline subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation, is hiring Flight Attendants for their Toronto base. The airline operates scheduled passenger and freight services across Northern Canada with a fleet of 45+ aircraft including Metro, Merlin, and Dash 8 aircraft. Candidates must have a high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and a valid passport; they will work independently in single flight attendant operations serving diverse northern communities. Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain transportation security clearances and additional authorizations
- Physically able to perform all job duties
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to work flexible schedule and travel for extended periods
- Able to work independently in single flight attendant environment
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Able to work both indoors and outdoors and adapt to all weather conditions
- Successfully complete minimum 4-week initial training program including written and practical exams
- Sensitivity to unique environmental, cultural and business needs of northern communities
