About This Role
BAA Training, one of Europe's top 3 independent aviation training centers, is seeking experienced Type Rating Instructors (TRI) and Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFI) for various aircraft types on a worldwide basis. The company specializes in EASA-approved pilot training programs with extensive experience serving global aviation markets. Candidates must hold valid TRI and IR ratings with significant instructional experience and a minimum 500 hours as a commercial pilot on type. This role offers the opportunity to conduct comprehensive theory and practical training while working with a passionate team dedicated to efficient, standards-compliant aviation education across multiple aircraft platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and comprehensive theory training sessions in accordance with approved training programs
- Conduct practical training sessions aligned with CBTA (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) requirements
- Assess and monitor students' progress against highest standards
- Complete training documentation with meticulous adherence to legal requirements and standards
- Ensure compliance with EASA approved training program standards
Requirements
- Valid TRI (Type Rating Instructor) rating
- Valid IR (Instrument Rating)
- Valid EASA ATPL or CTPL license
- Minimum 500 hours experience on type as commercial pilot
- Preferably more than 150 training hours as TRI/SFI
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher
- Valid Medical certificate/license
- Any aircraft type accepted
