About This Role
MJET GmbH is hiring a type-rated EASA Phenom 100 (Embraer EMB 500/505) Captain based in Bern (LSZB), Switzerland, on a 3-pilot operation (2 CMD + 1 COP), 20 days ON / 10 days OFF roster, Swiss contract (fixed salary + per diem depending on experience and residency), start date August 2026. The pilot must live within 3h driving time from Bern.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively within the crew through strong crew resource management (CRM) practices.
- Adhere strictly to all company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and aviation regulations (EASA).
- After initial integration, contribute to the Flight Operations, Training, or Safety departments according to wish, skills and experience.
Requirements
- EASA CPL or ATPL.
- Valid EMB 500/505 type rated (No self-supported type rating possible).
- Fluent in German.
- Speaking French is appreciated.
- English Level 5.
