About This Role
Aegean Airlines, a Star Alliance member and 15-time SKYTRAX award winner, is seeking Type Rated Captains to join their Airbus fleet based in Athens, Greece. This permanent position offers long-term stability within a secure European airline group with a strong regional presence across Greece and beyond. Candidates must hold an EASA ATPL(A) with valid A320 type rating, 5000 hours total flight time, and 1000 hours PIC on the A320 family. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate A320 family aircraft on scheduled commercial routes
  • Lead flight crew and manage cockpit resource management
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and crew briefings
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory procedures
  • Provide unparalleled service to passengers through safe and professional operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of products and services

Requirements
  • Valid EASA ATPL(A) license
  • Valid A320 type rating
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flight time on Commercial Air Transport (CAT) aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes
  • Minimum 1000 hours PIC on A320 family aircraft
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in EU
  • Ability to communicate openly, honestly and respectfully
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
