About This Role
Air Arabia is seeking an experienced Type Rated Captain with Airbus A320 expertise to join their Cairo-based operations. This is a scheduled airline operation requiring captains to conduct assigned flights in accordance with the Airline Operational Manual and civil aviation authority regulations. Candidates must have a minimum of 4000 total flight hours with A320 experience, valid ATPL license, and Class 1 Medical certification. The role offers the opportunity to lead a professional flight crew in a low-cost airline environment with exposure to safety, security, and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
- Valid ATPL license
- Minimum 4000 hours total flight time
- Airbus A320 experience (preferred)
- A320 type rating required
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Technical/psychometric assessment pass
- Safety and emergency response training
- Crew Resources Management Training (advantage)
- Very good English language proficiency
- Proficient in aircraft systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in low-cost airline operations (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures
- Capable of handling heavy workload and ad-hoc scenarios
