Requirements
- Flight Instructor (FI) license
- EASA or UK CAA certification
- Class 2 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
- Strong background in ATPL(A) subject matter
- Hands-on professional experience in aviation (flight operations, engineering, navigation, etc.)
- Completion of ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge course or similar teaching certification
- Prior experience in aviation instruction or ground school
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Familiarity with ATO programs and distance learning
- Technology proficiency with digital teaching tools
- Professionalism, resilience, and collaborative work ethic
