About This Role
This is NOT a pilot position. Ryanair is recruiting a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor for their East Midlands Training Centre to deliver classroom training to initial pilot candidates. The role focuses on delivering high-quality theory training, preparing course materials, and administering ground school systems. While B737 experience (flying or engineering) is advantageous, this is a completely non-flying ground-based training role. Duties & Responsibilities
- Delivery of classroom training sessions to initial pilots
- Preparation of coursework, presentations, and e-learning content
- Technical and ground school query system administration
- Supervising and correcting examinations
- Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (including Pre-Settled Status)
- Previous aviation instructional experience
- B737 experience advantageous
- Strong analytical ability
- ATPL theory exam completion advantageous
- Ability to work in pressurised and fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
