Ryanair is seeking a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor for their East Midlands Training Centre. This non-flying role involves delivering high-quality theory training for initial pilot courses, preparing course materials, and supervising examinations. Candidates with B737 experience or course design experience will be highly regarded.
Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, including Pre-Settled Status
- Previous aviation instructional experience (B737 experience would be advantageous)
- Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
- Candidates who have completed ATPL theory exams will be at an advantage
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
