About This Role
BAA Training, one of Europe's top 3 independent aviation training centers, is seeking full-time Theoretical Knowledge Instructors for their Lleida, Spain campus. This is an instructor-level position focused on delivering ATPL/PPL theory training to pilot students according to EASA standards. Candidates must have at least one year of ATPL teaching experience or completion of instructional techniques training, a pilot license, and ICAO English Level 5 proficiency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct ATPL/PPL theory training according to legal and company standards
- Clearly and effectively communicate instructions and adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Regularly assess students' progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure required paperwork is completed and submitted on time

Requirements
- At least one year of ATPL teaching experience OR completion of instructional techniques course (Teaching & Learning, Train the Trainer, or FI course)
- Pilot license or equivalent aviation qualification (e.g., relevant aviation diploma)
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher
- EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit
