Air France is seeking a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) based at Roissy CDG to design and deliver simulator-based training for type ratings and multi-crew courses. Requires minimum 1500 hours as a multi-pilot aircraft pilot and current or former CPL/MPL/ATPL license, with SFI or TRI experience preferred on A220, A320, A330, or A350 aircraft.
Requirements
- Minimum 1500 hours total flight time as a multi-pilot aircraft pilot
- Current or former CPL, MPL, or ATPL license holder
- SFI or TRI experience preferred, particularly on A220, A320, A330, A350 aircraft
- English language proficiency minimum B1 level or TOEIC 550 (18-month validity)
- French language proficiency C1 level or native French speaker
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and influence others
- Computer literacy (advantageous)
- Professional pilot license copy required
- Flight log copy showing total hours and hours by aircraft type
- TOEIC or equivalent language attestation
- Valid instructor qualification on at least one aircraft type in Air France fleet (if required)
- Minimum Bac+2 education level
- Non-standard working hours related to pilot training
- Simulator evaluation may be required for candidates without valid qualification on Air France fleet aircraft
