About This Role
Air Arabia Group is seeking an experienced Synthetic Flight Instructor based in Sharjah, UAE, to deliver cadet training on the Airbus A320 in full-motion simulators. This is a flight training position requiring an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with current A320 Type Rating and a minimum of 1500 hours on multi-pilot aircraft. Candidates must maintain valid ICAO English Level 5 proficiency and demonstrate expertise in Airbus and Air Arabia procedures, CRM, and human factors. Requirements
- Hold or have held an ATPL, MPL, or CPL with Airbus A320 Type Rating
- Minimum 1500 hours on multi-pilot aircraft
- Proficiency check on A320 FFS completed within 12 months preceding application
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above
- Valid pilot licenses and certifications
- Knowledge of Airbus and Air Arabia procedures
- Understanding of CRM and human factors
