About This Role
True Drilling, a legacy oilfield drilling company founded in 1948, is seeking an experienced Survey Pilot based in Casper, Wyoming to operate King Air 200/350 aircraft for aerial survey missions. This full-time position requires a minimum of 2500 total flight hours with 2000 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft, including experience in single-pilot IFR operations. The role combines executive-level customer interaction with technical flying duties, including pre-flight preparation, weather evaluation, and flight documentation. Duties & Responsibilities
- Represent company on executive level when dealing with business associates, officials, and customers
- Perform preflight preparations including inspection, weather briefing, and flight planning
- Arrive at least one hour before departure to gather pertinent flight information
- Evaluate weather, load, fuel, and other factors to plan flights accordingly
- Ensure aircraft are stocked with supplies before flights
- Conduct flights to destination(s) adhering to FAR, checklists, and company policy
- Assist passengers with baggage and ground transportation at destination
- Properly secure aircraft after flight
- Log flight time, passenger manifest, performance data, and other required information
- Troubleshoot and record maintenance discrepancies as appropriate
- Adhere to all applicable safety regulations
- Complete required paperwork and revisions
- Answer phones and assist scheduler and other company employees
- Operate company vehicles and equipment as required
- Assist with cleaning, flight line duties, and building maintenance as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2500 total flight hours
- Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command
- Minimum 750 hours multi-engine time
- Minimum 200 hours instrument time
- Commercial Pilot License (ASEL, AMEL with instrument rating)
- Current 2nd Class Medical Certificate
- Ability to fly single pilot IFR
- Experience in single pilot all-weather flying in multi-engine aircraft
- Low-level single engine aerial survey experience
- Must pass TSA security background check
- English language fluency (verbal and written)
- Acceptable pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test
