Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to earn FAA certification if not already flight-qualified.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or fast-paced business environment, or successful completion of company-sponsored training program
- Experience leading teams and delivering customer service
- Required to attend United's flight attendant training to earn FAA certification if not currently flight qualified
- DOT Safety Sensitive Position
- Able to work on site, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to constantly changing work environment
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and decision-making capability
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Reliable, punctual attendance
- Successful completion of interview required
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Inflight Service, travel industry, or hospitality
- Preferred: Experience supervising a unionized workgroup
