About This Role
JetBlue is hiring a Supervisor Inflight Performance to lead coaching and performance management initiatives for inflight crewmembers across the airline's network. This supervisory role focuses on optimizing dependability, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring consistency in crew performance standards. Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service or airline experience, 1 year of leadership experience, and be legally eligible to work in the US with no visa sponsorship available. The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k) matching, and free JetBlue travel privileges.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service or airline experience, OR 1 year of JetBlue Customer Experience (CEX) experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Leadership or Supervision experience, preferably in the airline industry
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the US
  • Authorization to work in the US required
  • No visa sponsorship available
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Proficiency with computer applications including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerApps
  • Able to travel for company and/or industry meetings (10%)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Capable of managing multiple cases or projects to resolution
  • Able to maintain self-discipline and function with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance standards
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Potential need to work flexible hours and be available on short notice
