About This Role

This supervisory role focuses on optimizing dependability, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring consistency in crew performance standards. Candidates must have at least 3 years of customer service or airline experience, 1 year of leadership experience, and be legally eligible to work in the US with no visa sponsorship available. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or airline experience, OR 1 year of JetBlue Customer Experience (CEX) experience
- Minimum 1 year of Leadership or Supervision experience, preferably in the airline industry
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US
- Authorization to work in the US required
- No visa sponsorship available
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- Proficiency with computer applications including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerApps
- Able to travel for company and/or industry meetings (10%)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- Capable of managing multiple cases or projects to resolution
- Able to maintain self-discipline and function with minimal supervision
