About This Role
Spirit Airlines is seeking a Supervisor of Inflight Operations to provide 24/7 operational support to Flight Attendants, managing scheduling, safety, logistics, and irregular operation issues. This leadership role is perfect for experienced aviation professionals with 1-3 years of prior leadership experience and a preference for Flight Attendant background. The position requires strong communication skills, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to work under high-pressure conditions with near 100% accuracy. Candidates will serve as a liaison between Inflight Operations, Crew Services, Airport, Dispatch, Maintenance, and Flight Operations while supporting the airline's commitment to excellent customer and crew experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Inflight or Aviation Operations experience
- 1-3 years of prior leadership experience
- Flight Attendant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced computer skills
- High proficiency in data analytics using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure with near 100% accuracy while meeting inflexible deadlines
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and sit with good eye/hand coordination and color definition
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally by car and aircraft under 10% of time
- Ability to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
