Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of customer service, sales, or airline experience, or one (1) year of JetBlue CEX experience
- One (1) year of leadership or supervision experience, preferably in the airline industry
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Vision corrected to 20/20
- Able to walk comfortably down aircraft aisle facing forward
- Able to fit quickly through over-wing exit
- Able to sit in Flight Attendant jumpseat without modification
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to above shoulders
- Able to reach 6 feet 3 inches (190 cm) without shoes
- Able to push and pull moveable carts weighing over 250 pounds
- Able to perform safety functions including door operation, overhead bin closure, CPR, and emergency equipment use
- Available for occasional overnight travel (30%)
- Currently in possession of U.S. passport or foreign passport with applicable visas
- Passport must have minimum 12 months validity at time of application
- Knowledge of basic computer and electronic tablet devices
- Able to read and comprehend required manuals
- Must adhere to JetBlue Inflight Crewmember Uniform Appearance Standards
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Authorization to work in the US is required
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Successfully complete JetBlue Airways Inflight Training Program
- Able to work varying schedules including reserve duty, weekends, evenings, holidays, and last-minute drafting
