Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior Pilot for deployed-only rotational operations supporting ISR and special missions. Requires 3000+ total hours with 1500 PIC in multi-engine turboprop/jet aircraft. Leadership role overseeing junior pilots with 60/30 OCONUS deployment rotation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with instrument and multi-engine rating
- FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1500 hours PIC in multi-engine turboprop or jet aircraft (GTOW 12,500+)
- Fixed-wing aircraft experience only (no rotary wing or single engine)
- Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required on day 1
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Current/Valid U.S. Passport
- Able to pass FAA/Military Pilot Background Check
- Pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening
- Able to meet DoD and Combatant Command deployment requirements
- Willing to deploy OCONUS on 60/30 rotation
- Able to work extended hours, holidays, and shift schedules
- Pass pre-deployment medical assessment
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of advanced aviation systems and regulations
