Requirements
- Frozen ATPL, IR, MEL licenses required
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4
- Experience conducting simulator training in approved synthetic fixed-base and full-motion simulators
- Strong flight expertise and knowledge of multi-crew flying operations
- Thorough understanding of Regulations, Civil Aviation Orders, CASRs, and Advisory Circulars
- Commitment to delivering high standards of training and development
- Dash 8 type rating highly desirable
- Type Rating Instructor Rating highly desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment desirable
