GlobalX, a Part 121 airline operator, is seeking an experienced A320 Simulator Instructor to join their training team in Miami, FL. This role involves delivering simulator-based training to pilots, conducting proficiency and line checks, and ensuring compliance with FAA Part 121 regulations. Candidates must have a minimum of 5,000 hours of airline experience, a valid FAA ATP certificate, and A320 type rating with strong simulator instruction and check airman experience. This full-time position offers the opportunity to mentor pilots and contribute to safety-focused training programs in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5,000 hours of airline experience
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- A320 type rating required
- Strong background in simulator instruction
- Check airman experience required
- A320 flight experience preferred
- Training Center Evaluator (TCE) or Aircrew Program Designee (APD) certification preferred
- Ability to hold FAA 1st Class Medical preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of A320 systems, procedures, and performance
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL area
