Emirates is hiring Simulator Flight Instructors (SFI) and Synthetic Flight Examiners (SFE) for their world-class Flight Training Department in Dubai. This is a non-flying, ground-based role delivering simulator instruction on Airbus and Boeing fleets. Requires minimum 1500 hours PIC on multi-pilot jet aircraft and at least 12 months' instructor/examiner experience. Tax-free salary up to AED 423,360 annually with comprehensive benefits including accommodation, education allowance, and annual leave tickets.
Requirements
- Hold or previously held a CPL or ATPL license
- Minimum 1500 hours PIC on multi-pilot jet aircraft
- At least 12 months' experience as an instructor and/or examiner
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Valid LPC (Line Proficiency Check)
- Knowledge of GCAA regulations and Emirates internal standards
- Strong CRM skills and commitment to safety and standardization
- For Flight Instructors: 700 hours total time
- For Flight Instructors: 500 hours instructional time
- For Flight Instructors: 200 hours IFR time
- For Flight Instructors: Flight Instructor Rating with Night & Instrument privileges
- For Flight Instructors: Experience delivering ab-initio flight training within a large ATO
- For Flight Instructors: ELP Level 5 or above
