Boeing seeks a Senior Technical Pilot (B787/777) based in Tokyo, Japan to provide flight operations, safety and technical support to internal and external customers. Requires minimum 3000 hours total flight time, current type rating on B787 or B777, and FAA ATP or equivalent. This is a 100% onsite position with no relocation assistance or visa sponsorship provided.
Requirements
- FAA ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) license or foreign equivalent with appropriate endorsements
- Commercial Certificate (CPL) minimum
- Minimum 3000 hours total flight time
- Experience flying transport category aircraft
- Current Boeing B787 or B777 type rating
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate or international equivalent (preferred)
- Training and SMS experience (preferred)
- Experience creating and revising procedures and checklists (preferred)
- Instructor or check pilot or FAR 121 line experience on Boeing aircraft (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
- Must live in immediate Tokyo area or relocate at own expense
- Must be eligible to work in Japan without visa sponsorship
- English language proficiency
