About This Role
MSG Entertainment seeks an experienced Senior Manager Flight Attendant to lead all aspects of the cabin operations function for their Part 91 private aviation program based in Long Island, NY. This senior leadership role requires 10-15+ years of progressive experience in private aviation with demonstrated expertise in UHNW service environments and formal corporate flight attendant training. The position combines strategic oversight of hiring, training, standards development, and compliance with active flying responsibilities on complex or high-priority trips. The role offers a competitive salary range of $96,000-$245,000 USD annually, with relocation to Long Island required, and emphasizes leadership presence, discretion, and organizational judgment in a flexible, on-demand 24/7 environment.
Requirements
  • 10-15+ years of experience in Part 91 private aviation with progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience supporting UHNW service environments with consistent, high-level execution
  • Completion of formal corporate flight attendant training (e.g., FACTS, FlightSafety, or equivalent)
  • Current safety certifications including CPR, AED, and First Aid
  • Advanced expertise in culinary standards, provisioning strategy, and service program development
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing flight attendant teams
  • Experience establishing and maintaining operational procedures, service standards, and training programs
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external service providers
  • Valid passport with ability to travel internationally without restriction
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to transportation
  • Ability to operate in a flexible, on-demand environment with active flying responsibilities
  • High level of leadership presence, discretion, and organizational judgment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, split days off, weekends and holidays in 24/7 environment
  • Ability to perform duties as required of a 14 CFR Part 121 Flight Attendant while in flight
  • Ability to travel and work on-site in an office environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Long Island, NY
