About This Role
Walmart Aviation is seeking an experienced Senior First Officer to join their growing 9-person corporate pilot group based in Mississauga, Ontario. This role involves safe and efficient operation of Walmart's business jet fleet, including LR45 and E550 aircraft, serving corporate transportation needs. Candidates must hold a valid Canadian ATPL with a minimum of 3500 total flight hours, including 2000 PIC hours and 1000 jet hours. The position offers a competitive salary range of $91,900-$126,390 CAD annually, comprehensive benefits, and an excellent quality-of-life roster with flexible scheduling. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada with appropriate US visa eligibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate assigned aircraft safely and in regulatory compliance
- Ensure aircraft airworthiness and appropriate maintenance documentation
- Inform passengers of aircraft safety features and flight updates
- Handle paperwork and interactions with Customs and Border Services
- Update company dispatch for each flight
- Operate aircraft in compliance with manufacturer manuals and company Standard Operating Procedures
- Conduct and review flight planning including weather, fuel, weight and balance analysis
- Perform pre-flight, enroute, and post-flight duties
- Maintain highest standards of integrity, ethics and compliance
- Support continuous improvements and embrace new digital tools

Requirements
- Valid Canadian ATPL license
- 3500 hours total flying time
- 1000 hours jet time
- 2000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- Transport Canada Category 1 Medical Certificate
- IFR Rating required
- Multi-Engine Rating required
- Ability to operate aircraft in high density and remote airports
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Hold necessary B1/B2 and C1/D United States visas if needed
- Age 16 or older
- FAA ATP license (asset)
- LR45 type rating (asset)
- E550 type rating (asset)
