Draken is seeking an experienced Senior Base Pilot for their Greater London base to lead flight operations and manage pilot teams. This permanent role requires proven line captain experience and operational leadership capabilities with strong compliance and safety management knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a line captain or equivalent operational leadership role
- Strong understanding of flight operations compliance, safety management and regulatory frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop flight crew
- Excellent communication skills and professional representation ability
- High attention to detail with strong organisational capability
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider operational team
- Valid ATPL license
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
