Air Arabia is seeking Second Officers for A320 operations based in Morocco. This is a cruise relief position assisting the Captain with flight monitoring, systems management, and emergency procedures. Requires MPL/CPL with frozen ATPL, Class 1 Medical, and strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems.
Requirements
- Appropriate License: MPL or CPL with frozen ATPL
- Valid Aviation Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Pass technical/psychometric assessment for First Officer per Air Arabia/DAC standards
- Training in safety and emergency response (formal qualification advantageous)
- Basic airport security procedures and regulations training (advantageous)
- Proficient in aircraft systems and Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good English language proficiency; Arabic and French advantageous
- Acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures
- Ability to handle security and safety-related roles as required by Air Arabia/DAC
- Team player capable of performing under pressure with changing schedules
- Understanding of QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures affecting Flight Operations
- Composed, self-confident and focused with ability to handle emergencies
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Cost-oriented with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
